Attributes like humor, enthusiasm, honesty and authenticity are essential to Caro. She is a maximizer…when she talks about something she loves, her eyes glow and she puts in 150%. She is thrilled about any kind of communication and has the capability to put herself into other person`s shoes. She is known as excellent relationship manager – even interculturally. You can always see her emotions displayed on her face.
She believes that different cultures are exciting and enrich everyone’s life. This is probably why she left her home country Germany over 15 years ago and is currently living with her husband and two sons in Switzerland.
